Creating a JobNav account is simple:

  1. Click the "Register" button in the top navigation
  2. Choose whether you're a Candidate or an Organisation
  3. Fill in your details and verify your email
  4. Complete your profile to unlock all features

The entire process takes less than 5 minutes!

For Candidates: Yes! JobNav is completely free for job seekers. You can create a profile, build your CV, search for jobs, and apply to positions at no cost.

For Organisations: We offer various subscription plans to suit different hiring needs. Our plans include a free trial period so you can experience the platform before committing. Visit our pricing page for detailed information.

JobNav is fully responsive and works seamlessly on all devices through your web browser. We're currently developing dedicated iOS and Android apps with enhanced features like push notifications for job alerts and in-app messaging. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when they launch!

Billing & Plans

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Direct Debit: Set up automatic payments from your bank account
  • Bank Transfer: Available for annual plans and Enterprise contracts
  • Invoice: Available for qualifying Enterprise customers

All transactions are secured with bank-level encryption. You'll receive detailed invoices for all payments.

Absolutely! You have full flexibility:

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately, with prorated billing
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. All your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation should you decide to return.

We want you to be completely satisfied:

  • 14-Day Guarantee: Full refund within 14 days if you're not satisfied
  • Annual Plans: Prorated refunds available within the first 30 days
  • Service Issues: Credits or refunds for any service disruptions

To request a refund, contact our support team with your account details. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

All your billing documents are easily accessible:

  2. View your complete billing history
  3. Download invoices as PDF
  4. Update billing information if needed

Invoices are also automatically emailed after each payment. Need a custom invoice format? Enterprise customers can request tailored invoicing.

Account & Security

Resetting your password is quick and secure:

  1. Click "Login" in the navigation
  2. Select "Forgot Password?"
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Check your inbox for the reset link (check spam if needed)
  5. Create a new strong password

Password reset links expire after 24 hours for security. If you don't receive the email, contact support.

Yes, you can request account deletion at any time:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Privacy
  2. Click "Delete Account"
  3. Confirm your decision

Important: Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data, including applications, saved jobs, and CV information. Allow up to 30 days for complete data removal from all systems.

Yes! We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for enhanced security:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Security
  2. Click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication"
  3. Choose your method: Authenticator app or SMS
  4. Complete the setup and save your backup codes

2FA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a verification code in addition to your password when logging in.

To update your email address:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Profile
  2. Click "Edit" next to your email
  3. Enter your new email address
  4. Verify by clicking the link sent to your new email

Until verified, your old email remains active. Applications and notifications will be sent to your new email once confirmed.
